We want to place the AED in the hall of the apartment complex, but unauthorized persons also enter our building. What about theft?

We insure the AED all-risk against theft and damage. However, it is important that the AED is placed in a place where unauthorized persons cannot reach or where it cannot easily be taken. Some customers choose to place the AED in a cupboard with an alarm, or in a less visible location such as the first floor.

In the event of theft, a report must always be made to the police and this must be shared with us. We then evaluate the situation together and take measures to prevent recurrence before sending a ready-to-use AED.
