What do you do for maintenance?

Every 2 years, your defib requires maintenance. This is done through an on-site exchange at your premises. After 2 years, a courier will visit you to collect the defib due for maintenance. At the same time, this courier will bring another defib that has just been serviced and is 100% ready for use for the next 2 years. We leave this defib with you, so you always have your defib onsite. If your defib experiences a malfunction or has been deployed for a rescue, we also provide a free on-site exchange. There is no limit to the number of times we provide free exchanges after deployment.
